Waiver

I UNDERSTAND THAT:

1. The Events can be dangerous if not played in accordance with the stated rules which will be fully explained by OMG Events during the Safety Brief. If I do not attend the Safety Brief for any reason I understand that before playing I must have read the OMG Event and safety rules written in the Event’s player pack.
2. The possibility of injury to myself and others exists; Paintball is a full contact sport.
3. I am fully aware of the risks to myself and others involved in the activities I am undertaking and that I will never, under any circumstances deliberately break any rules set out by OMG Events.
4. I will comply with the rules set out by OMG Events and use the equipment as instructed and not so as to injure or hurt others. 
5. If I fail to follow any rule as set out by OMG Events, I may be required to leave the Event without a refund.
6. A warning may, but need not be given before I may be expelled from a game at an Event for a rule violation.
7. The Events are physically and mentally intense and may require extreme exertion to play.
8. I am physically fit and mentally able to take the strain and exertion involved.
9. I am aware of the risks of uneven ground & foreign objects within the game site that may cause injury. I am aware of my surroundings and the possibility of injury.
10. I will wear eye protection and will not remove it at any time with the exception of the designated safe zone.
11. In the event of sickness, accident or injury, I authorise OMG Events or its employees or representatives to obtain emergency medical treatment for me at my expense.
12. If I choose for any reason to withdraw from a game at an Event, I will not receive a refund.
13. By signing below you give permission for your details to be held securely on our database under the data protection act 2018.

I hereby release, remise and forever discharge from any claims and liabilities whatsoever without limitation that I might have against the organisers/site owners, and any other player who might injure me howsoever arising, and I make this release on behalf of myself, my heirs, executors and administrators. I am attending OMG Events at my own free will and agree to these terms.
